Q1: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: At our store, shipping estimates (both domestic and international) are provided in business days and are approximate. Our team works diligently to fulfil orders promptly, ensuring that you receive your jewellery as quickly as possible.

However, please keep in mind that factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, holidays, or carrier delays, may cause orders to arrive later than anticipated.

It's essential to note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Our shipping schedule runs from Monday through Friday. You can expect tracking information to become available within 1–2 business days after placing your order. Please refer to the table on our Shipping page for estimated delivery times.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All custom products require 2-4 weeks for production + shipping, generally, to be received in Europe, Oceania, Asia & North American regions.
This can take longer depending on location, disruptions, public holidays and demand.

As soon as the piece is made, it’ll be shipped out & a confirmation email will be sent to your email.
Finally, please note, refunds, cancellations or exchanges are not applicable for these (custom) items.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Any parcel returned/sent due to incorrect addresses may incur a charge payable by the customer.

Q2: How to track my order?

A: Tracking information for your order will be available within 10–15 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method during checkout.

A: Each piece of our custom jewellery is meticulously crafted to order so you get a piece unique just for you.

Occasionally, shipping carriers may leave packages in concealed locations to prevent theft or mistakenly deliver them to a nearby address. In rare cases, couriers may mark orders as "Delivered" before they actually reach their intended destination.

Please note that Jewelled Me cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. While we cannot control every aspect of the delivery process, we are committed to assisting you in any way we can.

We recommend checking the vicinity of your shipping address, reaching out to neighbours, and allowing at least three business days for the package to potentially surface.

If your package has not arrived after checking its tracking location, we advise you to contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. Kindly note that our team is unable to contact the shipping provider or initiate a claim on your behalf.

If this is the case, we will be more than happy to change your order at no extra cost.

If the order has been processed, unfortunately, oy will not be possible to change/cancel the order 🙏

So your order can arrive in a timely manner, please try not to make changes during popular national events or holidays.

Q4: My shipping confirmation address is incorrect, what can I do?
