FAQ about our Ambassador program
Q1: How does the collaboration work?
It’s fairly simple, we both agree upon a product to promote to your audience & send you the product.
We agree upon a date & time, based on your analytics & once, you’ve receive the product, the promotion begins.
Your audience loving your new jewellery, purchases it from the site and you receive your payment/commission.
The Ambassador's social media platforms and audience are incredibly important to curtail promotions.
We want you to understand & be comfortable learning through the process, so never hesitate to ask any questions you have.
From creating content, promotions, product reviews and working together on campaigns, our overall aim is to see you succeed as we move forward in building a strong long-lasting relationship with all our Ambassadors.
Q2: What social media platforms are you interested in?
We mostly target the top social media platforms including:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Snapchat
We are open to other social channels if you have suggestions and in country-specific locations too.
Q3: I’m only a micro-influencer. Would you still be open to collaborating with me?
We all start from humble beginnings and we want to see you succeed! We would absolutely adore having you on board.
We value you and what you provide to your audience. Micro-influencers are very much welcome!
Q4: Do you work with and accept influencers from all around the world?
Sure! We intend to grow our Ambassador program to as many countries as we can manage whilst maintaining quality relationships with all our Ambassadors.
Diversity is an important tenant of the brand and we want to embrace as many cultures, nationalities and styles as we can.
We typically favour influencers in Europe, United States & Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand as well as Singapore but influencers can be from anywhere!
As long as we can ship to customers, we want to work with you!
Q5: How many pieces of jewellery would I receive?
As an Affiliate, content creator and/or Ambassador, you will receive your items periodically for reviews, and promotions and to create the content that resonates most with your audience.
Normally, only a single product is sent but depending on the promotion, you could receive multiple pieces.
Q6: What is the difference between your Affiliates & Ambassadors?
Great question! When it comes to promoting our products, everyone begins as an Affiliate.
As an Affiliate, you'll have the opportunity to promote our products to your audience by creating a unique affiliate link.
Affiliates encompass a diverse range of individuals, including bloggers, website owners, and individuals who may not necessarily be influencers.
They play a crucial role in spreading the word about our products by featuring our banners, links, or even our products themselves on their websites, blogs, or social media platforms.
On the other hand, Ambassadors are individuals we actively collaborate with for long-term projects.
Typically, Ambassadors have personal brands, such as influencers or brand organizations.
They enjoy a closer partnership with us, and as a result, we provide them with products to promote and create content around.
While Affiliates primarily utilize links to promote our products on their platforms, Ambassadors take it a step further by receiving physical products to showcase and incorporate into their content.
Becoming an Ambassador brings additional benefits, and if you have any further questions or would like more information about this, don't hesitate to reach out to our team!
Q7: What are your commission tiers?
All Ambassador Commissions will start at 10% and proceed upwards from there!
Q8: I would love to contribute to the creative process, is this alright?
The beauty of creation is found in its diversity and you have something to offer.

Q9: Is it necessary to disclose this partnership & any promotions to my audience?
Yes, you absolutely must! We cannot stress the importance of this enough 🙏
Content creators must ensure they include a transparent and prominent disclosure of their partnership with our brand in all posts they publish as a result of their collaboration.
This could have legal ramifications if not done so please disclose this on your platform!
Q10: What materials do you use?
We want to ensure customers have the absolute best when they make a purchase.
The majority of our products are Gold-plated stainless steel, Gold Vermeil or 925 Sterling Silver.
These materials offer shine, longevity & prevent allergic reactions for those sensitive to nickel and copper.
This ensures customers are always as safe as possible & receive the highest quality jewellery!
